छोटा जवाब: Vault, mask, कभी publish नहीं
Aadhaar सिर्फ़ वहीं इस्तेमाल करें जहाँ कोई कानून या notification इसकी इजाज़त दे। Number सिर्फ़ Aadhaar Data Vault में रखें। Screens और reports में उसे masked दिखाएँ, और कभी publish न करें। Core biometric information कभी share नहीं होनी चाहिए। Field level के authentication devices के लिए vendor और operator controls चाहिए।
कानून क्या कहता है
Aadhaar Act Sections 7 और 29 और UIDAI rules, साथ में DPDP Section 8(5)।
- Section 8(5) · Rule 6: Reasonable security safeguards — data को सुरक्षित रखना.
