Executive decision intelligence

aiQ Engine · AI Investment Quotient

Are you ready to sign off an AI investment?

Executive intelligence before you commit to AI. Before approving a work order, vendor contract, procurement request or pilot, understand what your organisation is committing to and what must be resolved before the decision is signed.

Industry reference data

AI investment is accelerating. Reliable enterprise value is not keeping pace.

These external findings establish the decision context. They do not determine your result. aiQ examines the governance conditions behind the proposed investment.

25%

of AI initiatives delivered the expected return on investment

Only 16% scaled enterprise-wide. The board must establish what will create value beyond a successful pilot.

A promise of easy migration is not evidence

Can you move from one AI platform to another without losing control?

An organisation may begin with 50 users, expand to 500, and later decide to move from its present cloud or AI platform to ChatGPT, Copilot or another provider. The real question is not whether a vendor says migration is possible. The question is whether your organisation has tested it.

  • Was a cross-platform migration POC completed?
  • What downtime, data loss or integration failure occurred?
  • Did the new AI behave differently on the same work?
  • What changed in controls, prompts, access and training?
  • Could the organisation roll back safely?

Question 10 makes this a critical governance dependency, supported by evidence rather than assumption.

What the engine gives you

Not a pass or fail. A traceable executive position.

01

Proceed

The current governance baseline supports moving ahead with continuing executive oversight.

02

Proceed with Conditions

Named governance conditions must be accepted, owned and evidenced.

03

Controlled Pilot Only

Only a limited, reversible pilot should proceed while material gaps are resolved.

04

Defer the Decision

A critical dependency must be resolved and evidenced before commitment.

05

Do Not Proceed at This Stage

Multiple critical concerns make the initiative unsuitable in its present form.

Decision integrityA high score never overrides an unresolved critical governance dependency. A recommendation is never the executive decision.
